Lindsay Seemann

Her attendance for the month was 97%, and she has only missed five workouts this season.

At the Eastern Canadian Championship Lindsay had a great meet and broke the provincial record in the 800 free and in the 200 back. In the 800 free she improved her time by 9 seconds, and in the 200 back by 1.2 seconds.

Lindsay always has a great attitude at every workout, and you can see that she is obsessed with improving herself

Development 1 and 2

Emily Al-Jbouri

Excellent work ethic, training habits, and positive attitude towards other swimmers

-Central Region (B-Champs) qualifier where she swam to 6/6 personal best times.

-4/6 Personal best times at Central Region Winter Team Champs and swam to a 2nd place overall in 10-11 age group in 100m Fly (1:37.63)

Kati

Development 3

Kiran Singh

This month’s swimmer of the month goes to Kiran Singh. Even though Kiran was a late addition to our group, in just 2 months he is making his presence shown. At the 2007 Central Region Championship, Kiran went 46.83 and 1:53.58 in the 50 and 100 freestyle respectively. These two swims were some of our highest ranking performances at the swim meet and solidified his position as the fastest 100 freestyler in our group.

Kiran’s attitude in workout has also been exceptional. He never shies away from leading a lane and is always willing to push himself. Keep up the good work Kiran and we’ll be looking for big things in your future.
