Annual General Meeting

• Wednesday May 28, 2008 at 7:30 pm

• Newmarket Community Centre – Hall #3

What:

• Board of Directors’ Year End Reports
• Report from the Auditors
• Board of Directors Election
• Ask any questions you have about the Club and have the Board of Directors and Head Coach provide the answer.
• Light refreshments will be served.
• Earn 15 participation credits per family by attending the AGM.

Seeking Board Nominations:

The Newmarket Stingrays Swim Club is seeking nominations for the following Board positions for a 2 -year term (June 2008 – June 2010):

• Communications
• Director-at-large (Wellness) 1
• President 1,2
• Social 1
• Team Travel 1
• Treasurer 1,2

Notes:

1. Incumbent is seeking re-election
2. Club policy requires that President and Treasurer have previous Stingrays Board experience.

Please complete the attached Nomination form and deposit in the Complex drop box by Wednesday May 21^st, 2008 at 6pm. Position descriptions available on the website in the Members Only section.

We encourage all members interested in a Board position to submit a nomination form specifying the position of interest.
