Matthew Swanston swims to silver medal in North Carolina
Matthew Swanston swam to a silver medal on Sunday night at the Charlotte Ultra Swim Grand Prix. The event was the 200 backstroke, and Matthew finished in a time of 2:02.30, a personal best.
He also finished 7th in the 100 backstroke, in a time of 57.82, also a personal best.
Matthew also swam the backstroke leg on Team Ontario’s 400 medley relay which finished third.
Matthew was a member of Ontario’s Senior High Performance Team.
