Beijing Blog – One day to go!
Hey everyone
One more day to go before seeing Lindsay swim. Every day we see the swim highlights and talk to other swim parents about their son’s or daughters swims. Lindsay, Joe Bartoch and Richard Hortness were the only ones yet to swim by the end of today. We can’t wait.
We changed our plans today in order to fit in a lunch visit with Lindsay. She called us the night before to see if you could meet her at Canada House.

We switched our Great Wall visit tomorrow morning and went to the Forbidden city. An amazing place. Over the years the Chinese government have gone to great lengths to preserve their rich history and culture. The Forbidden City is a great example. Constant renovations and exhibitions are helping to educate both their own people as well as tourists. I took a hundred pictures, but here are few highlights. You will have to drop by the club some time for the whole story.

Well that’s all for now. We have a busy one tomorrow. To The Great Wall in the morning and then to the Water Cube to watch Lindsay. The next entry will be something….stay tuned!!
