Development 3
Joy Rance
The February Swimmer of the Month for the Development 3 group is Joy Rance. She is an amazing swimmer and always tries her best. In practise she is a leader, always one of the first people in the water, and usually goes first in her lane. She has really improved in every stroke, especially her backstroke. She is a great listener and really takes the coaches’ advice to heart. Her swim meet results are wonderful as well. She always gets at least one best time.Â
Congratulations Joy and keep up the great work.
