Announcing the Stingrays Summer ‘Stroke Camp’

Based on some of the feedback and suggestions from the survey (and access to pool time from the Town) we are happy to announce the new Stingrays Summer Stroke Camp

The club will be offering a Stroke Camp through the summer to ALL CLUB MEMBERS (sign up form below).

CAMP DETAILS

The camp will be held at the MAGNA POOL

The camp will concentrate on the fundamentals of all four strokes, as well as, the technical aspects of starts, turns and finishes.

There will be 6 one week clinics (4 days).

Swimmers can choose to enroll in any number of weeks.

Each week has been designed to be independent.

The clinics will be run by Sam Shalovsky.

Camp Dates (Running 4:30pm to 6:00pm):

• July 13th – 16th (Mon-Thurs)
• July 20th – 23rd (Mon-Thurs)
• July 27th – 30th (Mon-Thurs)
• Aug 4th – 7th (Tues-Fri)
• Aug 10th – 13th (Mon-Thurs)
• Aug 17th – 20th (Mon-Thurs)

Camp Cost:

$50 per week/swimmer

• Due to the cost of pool time, life guards etc., minimum enrollment of 8 swimmers is required per clinic, to proceed.
• MAXIMUM enrollment at the moment is 18 swimmers per session (so don’t delay if you are interested)
• Any week with less than the required 8 will be canceled.
