NEWS FLASH!! Lindsay Seemann breaks National Age Group Record!

August 9th, 2009 | Stingray Office Manager | Stingray News

Lindsay Seemann (age 16)  has just broken a National Age Group Record for girls 15-17 short course.  Lindsay set the record at the British Short Course Grand Prix in Leeds, England, on Aug. 9th, and it was in the  400 IM.  Lindsay’s time was 4:39.03, which broke the old record of 4:39.32 set in 1991 by Nancy Sweetnam.    This was one of the oldest National Age Group records on the books.
Lindsay’s time also breaks the Provincial 15-18  short course record, which was also held by Nancy Sweetnam.

Congratulations, Lindsay!  What a great way to end the 2008-2009 season!
