NEWS FLASH!! Lindsay Seemann breaks National Age Group Record!

Lindsay Seemann (age 16) Â has just broken a National Age Group Record for girls 15-17 short course.Â Lindsay set the recordÂ at the British Short Course Grand Prix in Leeds, England, onÂ Aug. 9th,Â and itÂ was in theÂ 400 IM.Â Lindsay’s time was 4:39.03, which broke the old record of 4:39.32 set in 1991 by Nancy Sweetnam.Â Â Â This was one of the oldest National Age Group records on the books.
Lindsay’s time also breaks the Provincial 15-18Â short course record, which was also held by Nancy Sweetnam.

Congratulations, Lindsay!Â What a great way to end the 2008-2009 season!
