November Swimmers of the Month!

January 15th, 2010 | Stingray Office Manager | Swimmer of the Month

Congratulations to the November, 2009 Swimmers of the Month:

National Senior/Senior

Callum Ross

Callum Ross is the NS & SR swimmer of the month for November.

He swam 4 best times in 5 events at the Canada Cup meet this November at the Etobicoke Olympium. His biggest drop came in the 400 IM where he improved over 8 seconds from a 4:42.99 to a 4:34.59. He was able to make this leap because he is always at workout and he works very hard while he is there.

Congratulations Callum and keep up the good work.

Since the beginning of the season Dylan Cook has been training very well. Each workout you can see that he is focused on improving his technique, and at the same time he is able to train with high intensity.

At the Newmarket meet and the distance meet all the hard work paid off. In the 800 free he improved his time by 58 seconds, in the 400 IM by 38 seconds, in the 200 back by 21 seconds, and in the 200 breast by 10 seconds.

Congratulations Dylan and keep up the good work.

Development 3

Abby Keeble

Abby Keeble is swimmer of the month for November because of her fantastic effort this season!  She has tried to make every practice so far this year. Abby has put a lot of effort into correcting her technique, and it has really paid off. She has improved in all four strokes! Abby is working hard on her pull through the water and her whip kick. She is always positive and ready to work hard. Abby had amazing results at the Newmarket meet and we wish her good luck for the rest of the swim season!

Way to go Abby! Keep up the awesome work!
