Lindsay Seemann and Matthew Swanston make Pan Pac team!

Lindsay Seemann and Matthew Swanston have both been named to the Pan Pacific Championship team.Â The team was announced at the conclusion of finals on Saturday night in Victoria.Â The Pan Pacific Championships will be held in Irvine California from Aug. 18- 22nd.Â

This is one of the premiere meets in the world this summer, and will feature the Americans, Australians, and Japanese teams.

Â Lindsay qualifed from her 800 freestyle swim, and Matthew from his 200 backstroke swim.

This is Lindsay’s first Senior A team since the Bejiing Olympics, and Matthew’s first ever Senior A team.

Swimming Canada will be selecting the team for this October’s Commonwealth Games from performances done in Irvine.
