Welcome to the MacGregor Meats Fundraising Program!
Here’s how it works:
Step-1
Review the Featured Products and Product Information sheet found below. They will give you a complete description of the products available. Tell your friends and family about the great quality food and take their orders. Its really easy!
Step-2
Download and fill out the Order Form (one per swimming family).
Feel free to print out a few forms to help you keep track of your own orders too!
Step-3
Print out a completed form and submit it with a cheque payable to “Newmarket Stingrays” and drop it in the box at the Ray Twinney Complex. Orders will be collected and processed at the end of each month and you will be notified of a pickup date.
Step-4
You will receive an email outlining your order pickup date, time and location. Your order MUST be picked up at this time. If you cannot pick it up, you will need to ask someone to pick it up for you.
EARN MONEY BACK!
As with all fundraising for the Stingrays, each dollar the CLUB receives through your efforts, you will earn 75% towards your fundraising commitment fee (included in your membership fees). Once you reach your commitment fee, you will earn 50% of each dollar towards next years membership fees.
If you want to lower your fees, this is a great way to do it with little effort!

TERMS and CONDITIONS
- Payment by means of a cheque are required with the order. ONLY submit cheques to do with the particular fundraiser. No Combinations. There are no exceptions.
-ALL CHEQUES ARE TO COME FROM SWIM FAMILIES ONLY. If you have friends or family that want product, please have them give YOU the money. You then submit one cheque with each order.
- Once an order is submitted, there can be no changes to that order (deletions). If you require more product, please submit a second order form and second cheque for that new order.
-At pick-up, orders will be called out one at a time and checked against your original order form for accuracy. The product is frozen and subject to spoiling if you do not arrive on time.
In the event you cannot be at the pickup point, it will be your responsibility to arrange someone else to pick it up. Newmarket Stingrays and MacGregor Meats will not be responsible for storing your order.
