2023 Summer Ontario Youth Junior Championships
Congratulations to the 12 swimmers who represented the Newmarket Stingrays at OYJ’s last weekend in Markham: Molly Browne, Stella Combrink, Isabell Cuddihy, Claire Dimitriadis, Nathan Fowler, Bianca Iacoucci, Pola Klakov, Taeden Miller, Onna Okeke, Ava Sprogis, Isabella Sprogis and Rylan Wilson. It was an exciting peak event for these swimmers who turned in many best times and showed their racing skill and tenacity over the course of this 4 day provincial championship. Especially exciting was a spectacular win by our 14 & Under Girls 200 Medley Relay!!!! Here are the highlights:

ONTARIO SUMMER FESTIVALS REPORT
The Ontario Summer Festival was held this past weekend. This meet is the pinnacle of for kids, 13 and under, in Ontario. Swimmers from all of Ontario converge to test themselves against the best swimmers in the province. The meet was held at the Etobicoke Olympium and we took ten swimmers, that had qualified.
