Pickering Winter Swim Fest 

 

Pickering Winter Swim Fest was a massive success across the board for the Stingrays. The team gained a ton of NEW and additional qualifying swims for B-Champs and Festivals that sprinkled across Saturday and Sunday which kept races exciting for everyone watching. A few of our younger swimmers tried new events they have never been entered in before; including DEV2’s first attempt at a 100Fly! 

We dominated podium spots and snagged gold medals in almost every event where there was a Stingray swimming. Coach Jordan and Coach Colette are extremely proud of the efforts shown this weekend by their groups.

Congratulations for Arnika Abadi qualifying for Festival Provincial on the 100 m breaststroke event.
