2025 RHAC Spring Invitational 

The last weekend of March, 121 Stingrays swimmers attended the RHAC Spring Invitational, held at the Markham Pan Am Center. This meet was an important milestone in our schedule, allowing us to assess our training progress in the middle of the long course season.

All of our swimmers stepped up and pushed through their demanding schedules over the three-day competition. We witnessed numerous personal bests and fantastic medal-winning performances. Congratulations to all the swimmers who participated and a big thank you to our coaches for their dedication throughout the weekend!

With several key competitions ahead, our focus should remain on consistent improvement and embracing challenges with confidence.
