The 10th annual Ontario Junior International was held at the Toronto Pan Am Sport Center . This prestigious event offers young swimmers from across Canada and around the world the chance to showcase their skills and talent right here in Ontario. 2024 Olympic Trials Seven of Newmarket Stingray’s ’s top swimmers competed at the Canadian Olympic and Para-Swimming Trials in Toronto, Ontario at the Toronto Pan Am Sport Centre. The competition began on Monday May 13th and wrapped up on Sunday May 19th. This was Swimming Canada’s flagship event of the Spring, with Canada’s best swimmers racing to represent the country at the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris this summer. Splash into Spring Pickering The Wave swimmers made Waves this past weekend at the Splash into Spring Meet. For only 7 and 8 years old, they held their own against the 11 and unders. The Wave group has made significant improvements in their dives, turns, and technique, which led them to very successful races this weekend.
